Called to Nyeland Community Church in the late '90's, Dr. Welch arrived on scene with the hopes of establishing a Bible College & Seminary through Nyeland Community Church. His education was spread out throughout his life due to the significant expense of most Bible Colleges. That background led his desire to establish Channel Islands Bible College & Seminary with the help of Nyeland Community Church. His ministry role at Nyeland Community Church is greatly facilitated through his responsibilities preaching-teaching the Word of God on Sunday mornings and evenings, along with his responsibilities as President of Channel Islands Bible College & Seminary.

Todd R. Bounds
Intern Associate Pastor

Arrived at Grace Chapel in January of 2008 taking an internship position as Associate Pastor. He works alongside Dr. Welch to "equip the saints for the work of the ministry" at both Grace Chapeland Channel Islands Bible College & Seminary. Todd and his wife Robin live on campus and are enjoying life as newlyweds (June 2008) while continuing their pursuit of God's Word and will.
